Who will maintain and monitor my server?

    This is a common question and depends on the service contract you want. We do offer managed services and self-managed services for our more advanced customers. The services included with a managed services solution will vary based on the contract, but can include but is not limited to:

    • Rescue/Emergency Services
    • Backup
    • Restoral
    • Backup Archiving
    • Upgrades, both software and hardware
